Georgia Trade Skills Training

Georgia has been blessed with an influx of business. Just like the rest of the country however, a lot of those businesses require skilled labor. Skilled labor training is therefore a big issue. IMG_0227There’s no question that skilled laborers, especially, on equipment such as VFDs, servos, and other automation equipment are hard to find. A number of studies have also noted that skilled tradesmen are generally older, and in many cases approaching retirement age. This will increase the shortage of skilled labor talent.

At EMA, we don’t do everything, but we do offer training on VFDs, DC Drives, automation, energy saving techniques, and electrical / electronic troubleshooting. We can tailor the training class to your automation, variable frequency drives (VFD) or servo equipment AND to the skill level of your potential or hired employees.

We can also help you evaluate your existing staff, and recommend additional training that might be needed on this equipment.
